These terms govern your use of this website and, where noted, the work we carry out. By using this website or placing an order you accept them.

Use of this website

You may browse this website and use its forms for genuine enquiries. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, submit automated or bulk enquiries, or use the site in a way that disrupts it for others.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise, and are given against a written specification. Material prices move; where a quotation has expired we will requote rather than absorb a change we cannot control. Prices shown against services on this website are indicative starting points, not quotations.

Orders and deposits

Work begins once a quotation is accepted in writing and the deposit is received. Because both garments and steel must be bought before anything can be made, deposits cover materials and are not refundable once stock has been ordered or cut.

Artwork and approval

You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork you send us. Where a sample garment or shop drawing is issued for approval, production follows what you approved. We cannot accept responsibility for an error that was present in approved artwork.

Lead times

Lead times are given in good faith and start from approval of artwork or drawings, not from the date of enquiry. Where a date is at risk we will tell you as soon as we know. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including power supply, material availability and transport.

Materials and finishes

Where you supply garments or steel for us to work on, we will take reasonable care, but we cannot accept responsibility for material that reacts badly to printing, welding or coating. Slight variation in fabric shade, thread colour and coating finish between production batches is normal.

Workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship. Defects in printing, stitching, welding or finishing that are our fault will be corrected or remade at our cost. This does not cover fair wear and tear, damage in use, incorrect installation by others, or failure caused by an approved specification we advised against.

Installation and site work

Where we install, you are responsible for safe access and for confirming the position of buried or concealed services. Where others install our work, responsibility for fit passes on delivery, provided the goods match the approved drawing.

Payment and ownership

The balance is due on collection or delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Portfolio and photographs

We may photograph completed work and show it on this website or on social media. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, design, code and images, belongs to us unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it without permission. Your logo and artwork remain yours.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or contract, arising from delay or defect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
